Handwriting examination

The objects of handwriting examination are a signature and handwriting (in the form of handwritten notes, both alphabetic and digital).

 Approximate list of questions:
Was the handwritten text (handwritten notes) in a document (name of a document, reference details, a column, a line) created by the particular person?
Were the handwritten texts (written notes) in a document (documents) (name of a document, reference details, a column, a line) created by the same person?
Was the signature on behalf of a person (surname, name, patronymic name of a person on behalf of whom the signature is dedicated) in a document (name of a document, reference details, a column, a line) put by the same person on whose behalf it is indicated or by another person?
Was the handwritten text in a document (name of a document, its reference details, a column, a line) created under the influence of any distracting factors (natural or artificial)?
Was the signature on behalf of a person (surname, name, patronymic name of a person on behalf of whom the signature is dedicated) in a document (name of a document, its reference details, a column, a line) put under the influence of any distracting factors (natural or artificial)?
Was the person who created the handwritten text of a document (name of a document, its reference details, a column, a line) in unusual condition?
Was the handwritten text in a document created (name of a document, its reference details, a column, a line) using intentionally changed handwriting?
What is the sex of a performer of the handwritten text?
How old is the performer of the handwritten text?
For handwriting examination (or expert research) original documents in accordance with the paragraph 3.5 of the Instructions on the setting and conducting of forensic examinations and expert researches approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 08.10.1998 No. 53/5 (with amendments and supplements) are provided.
For handwriting examination (or expert research), free, relatively-free and experimental samples of handwriting and a signature of a particular person on behalf of whom the signature is indicated (and / or the signature of a person who created the signature on behalf of another person) must be provided.
Free samples are handwritten texts, handwritten notes (alphabetic and digital), signatures, authentically created by a particular person before the date of writing of the researched document; relatively-free samples are samples created by a particular person before the research but connected with the circumstances of this case or created after the beginning of the case but not in connection with its circumstances; experimental samples of handwriting are those that are created directly for the conduction of the examination.
As free samples, texts, signatures that belong to the official correspondence, autobiographies, personally filled forms, applications, letters, signatures in foundation, privatization documents, certificates, agreements, applications for issuance of a passport, payment information, cash orders, pension files, forms, weekly papers and other documents can be provided. 
For examination of free samples of handwriting not less than 15 pages must be provided, signatures - not less than 15, experimental samples of handwriting - not less than 10-15 pages, experimental samples of signatures - not less than 5-8 pages.
