Construction and technical examination

The main tasks of construction and technical examination are:
 
determination of the cost (market, liquidation, etc.) of buildings, structures and land lots;
determination of the fact of conformity (non-conformity) of the built or reconstructed building of the project and the requirements of State building norms of Ukraine or construction norms and rules
determination of the cost of the different types of construction works (construction of buildings, their re-equipment, repair, development of the area, etc.)
determination of the conformity of the project cost sheet papers to the State building norms and other state standards of building;
determination of correctness of compiling of state accounting on the execution of construction works;
development of variants of houses and outbuildings separation in accordance with the ideal shares of each of co-owners with the preparation of proposals for the re-equipment of an object , joint ownership of their parts, when it is necessary, and determination of financial compensation to the owner, part of which after separation became less than ideal;
development of options for the use of land plot, where the houses are built, which are belong to the citizens on the rights of joint ownership;
determination of technical condition of buildings, structures, engineering equipment (percentage of free, suitability to use, need of repair, defects, etc.).
