Experts of the National Scientific Center «Hon. Prof. M. S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute» together with representatives of the prosecutor's office of the Kharkiv region, headed by the prosecutor of the Kharkiv region Oleksandr Filchakov, took part in activities for the selection of DNA samples for the purpose of identifying the bodies of those who died as a result of the war crimes of the Russian aggressors in the territory of the Kharkiv region.

Sample selection was carried out quickly and qualitatively thanks to the use of the latest equipment of the mobile laboratory of the French production TRACIP, transferred to Ukraine by the French side. Etienne de Ponsin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Ukraine, also took part in the events.

The use of the mobile laboratory of the French production TRACIP and the joint work of experts of the National Scientific Center «Hon. Prof. M. S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute», forensic doctors and law enforcement officers contributed to the performance of complex and important tasks of identifying the bodies of the dead with the aim of further bringing to justice those guilty of terrible crimes against the Ukrainian people.
